Great staff and clear layout of the store makes it comfortable to walk around. Don't go in with a backpack unless you want to feel nervous about knocking over a display

Excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of their staff. They helped me choose a tea and provided samples to many of the choices I was contemplating. I was surprised to learn you can order any tea cold with sparkling water. Refreshing drink for the summer months.

Great location and fantastic staff. They take the time to help and explain about their teas, when you are new to tea and have no idea. I will return for sure.
