  Fast tasty food

  It's a new location that opened just 10 weeks ago. We ordered a whole chicken for $21 (among other things) and we were told that it would come with free bread, gravy, and coleslaw because we were eating in. The server asked us what kind of coleslaw we wanted, for example. We paid for it then sat down and waited for our order. A different staff approached us and served us our whole chicken (split in 2 halves). He informed us that we were not supposed to get coleslaw, gravy, and bread and that he would have to pay extra if we wanted them. We paid for 4 extra gravy for $9+ (as we had 4 people). At this point, St Hubert practiced "bait and switch" as we were not given the order that we agreed to. I complained to what seemed like a supervisor or manager about the situation and he confirmed the fact that St Hubert will not do anything to correct the situation. He also confirmed that St Hubert was at fault. He did not offer any alternatives when I asked if there were any. He also did not accept any alternatives I proposed, such as refunding the original order and doing the order correctly (ie. ordering 2 chicken half meals that come with coleslaw, gravy, and bread and refunding the whole chicken order). I told the manager/supervisor that I will be recommending everyone I know to not go to St Hubert and if they were still interested in going to specifically not go to this location. I will probably never ever go to a St Hubert again. The biggest issue I have with the location is that the staff with seniority seem to have the worst customer service I've ever seen anywhere. I don't have an issue with the first server who incorrectly told us what the order comes with as I can understand that someone new at their job may make mistakes. The issue is in the fact that no corrections of any kind were made nor was there any concern at all of any grievance.

  Good price food at Mont Tremblant and the customer service are pretty good!
